I'm looking for some good breakfast suggestions when you're gonna work out right afterwards. I can't work out on a full stomach but struggle to get through a workout if I don't have any fuel. I also need to workout first thing in the morning so don't have time to let a good breakfast digest before I dive into a workout.

I also have to work out first thing in the morning so I usually have a cup of coffee and half a banana 45 minutes to an hour before a workout. If I eat more than that, my stomach is too full to exercise effectively, whether it's cardio or strength
